Being in the Mortgage industry, I get the question why should I use you? I wanted to share a story to answer the WHY? I was called by a prospect on 12/30/2011 at 3:oo pm. She was calling me, because She was told by her current lender that her and husband do not get approved. Nice information to receive at the beginning of the Year or should I say end of the year. We talked about why she was turned down. I had to tell her, I would call back on 1/3/2012, because I wanted to ask my underwriter a question and everyone already left for the long weekend. I called back on 1/3/2012 and told her, I can get her husband approved. The client was able to receive her keys to their new home yesterday 1/23/2012. In today’s mortgage world you need someone on your side when getting a loan.
